Keeping myself organized is difficult. When I’m given the time, my mind floods with ideas. The rush creates a breaking crest. This is a four-day long weekend.
To help me manage this, I sat down today to start working on a “manual” of sorts for SANA Stationery & Gifts. The goal is to have manageable workflows and referenceable notes to help me keep things in good order. Seemingly simple things, like making up a SKU for a product, gets complicated quickly. Or, I’m doing it wrong. Listing the products I’ve made on the website is a step I often miss.
The frustration of forgetting and overlooking things got to me. It will take time to work out all of the details because doing things will help me outline the processes. I was able to get a start on things today, which I’m happy about.
