Getting traction on YouTube is not easy. I thought I was doing it right, and things were looking good in the fall of last year. Since December, growth, as measured in subscribers and watch minutes, has really slowed down. I’m not sure what to do.

We’re reintroducing the cats. The plan is to get them comfortable with each other before the school year so that we’re not as worried while writing lesson plans, marking assignments, rearranging seating plans, drafting long-range plans, and preparing for the fall open house.
