I just opened an Etsy shop without intending to. Now, I’m selling my pens on Etsy.
The name of the store is SANA Stationery and Gifts, which is the first letter of my family members’ names in order from youngest to oldest. It works out well because the word “sana” means brilliance, brightness, or radiance in Arabic. I like that. It’s a good name.
Making, and then selling, pens has proven to involve a lot more than I was anticipating. When I get a chance, I’ll have to write down all that I’ve already done and what I still have left to do. This is reminding me of the importance of patience. I should learn about proper planning, too, but we’ll save that for another day. The amount of time that has just disappeared while I’ve been working on this project is incredible to me.
It’s been really nice so far and I’m hoping that this feeling of satisfaction, and a little pride, continues. I have no idea what’s coming next but stay tuned!
