Being an occasional teacher affords me many teaching opportunities, but some feel more special than others. For the last five teaching days, I’ve been with the same class, a developmental disabilities class.
A few weeks back, I was out for drinks with a buddy of mine. I started talking to a woman, who I thought was just gorgeous. This sounds innocent enough, but it was me talking to a woman.
A few nights ago, I tried my hand at scripting a video instead of writing a blog post. I then recorded myself on video reading it back. Here are the results: I’ve got a lot to learn about videography.
I’m pretty lucky with time off from work. I get all major holidays off and a few extended breaks throughout the year, as well as all of July and August. (I have to find summer employment because I make a teacher’s salary.)
While it would seem as though I haven’t been very active on the writing front lately, it isn’t entirely true. Yes, I haven’t been publishing posts, but I’ve been writing.
