I got a pair of sweatpants and a new sweatshirt today. I haven’t worn sweatpants in nearly a decade. These leave a little bit of my ankle showing, just to remind me that I’m not fully exposed.
My girlfriend has been on my case about wearing jeans when I should be more comfortable. She was right.
I’ve been having some issues with my website lately, mostly related to malware. To fix this, I had to wipe my website(s) clean – remove all of the files from my web server. That’s how I spent my evening, cleaning up my portion of the internet.
In any case, I’ve managed to get this blog up to about 50%. Over the next little while (likely months), I’ll try to get it back up to a functioning level. The website will look different going forward. If you notice anything missing or not working, please leave me a comment and I’ll try to fix it quickly.

I tried to make some homemade potato chips today. This is how they turned out:
Thinly sliced potatoes, dressed in olive oil, seasoned with black pepper and salt, will burn if you leave them in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes. These are inedible.
I like the way the English speak. For whatever reason, I’ve come to enjoy the British temperament. My favourite comedies are British. Besides, what man, in his right mind, wouldn’t want to be swooned by a beautiful British woman? Or, at least listen to her while she speaks to another man, and dream it were him? (more…)
