I’ve been doing an inordinate amount of texting lately. I can feel the muscles in my thumbs getting stiff from overwork. Even my wrists, tasked with holding my phone upright, are getting weak with fatigue. Sometimes, I have to put the phone down because my pinkies and ring fingers start to fall asleep. I should be reading more.
One of my favourite podcasts is CBC’s Writers & Company, hosted by Eleanor Wachtel. I always enjoy listening to it while driving to work in the morning. Wachtel is probably one of the best journalists that I know of, which I’m sure I’ve mentioned before, coming to each interview well informed and educated.
